I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love having a nice warm drink during the Fall and Winter! To save a coin or two, I started making coffee at home and I fell in love with it. I thought to myself “I have to share this with my SSB Fam“. I hope you enjoy!
Just in case you missed my Life Update on YouTube, I decided to cut down on dairy y’all! I stopped drinking whole milk and instead I drink oat milk. Specifically, I love the Oat-ly brand. I’ve been trying to lose my lower belly fat and after doing research, your diet has a lot to do with it. I have noticed that I am less bloated and I feel much better when I don’t drink cow’s milk.
With that being said, here’s the recipe. It’s super simple! All you need is a pot and the following ingredients. Let me know if you try it!
-1/2 cup of Oat-Ly Milk
-1/2 cup of Oregon Chai-Organic Chai Tea Latte
-A drop of Wholesome Organic Blue Agave
*You can also put Vanilla Syrup in it for an extra amount of goodness
